Ultrasound diagnostics
General ultrasound diagnostics
We can do that for you.
For many years, we have been offering optimal ultrasound diagnostics with state-of-the-art equipment and professional qualifications.
Ultrasound fine diagnostics is a non-invasive method for assessing the organs and body structures of the unborn child. The ultrasound waves emitted by the transducer are reflected by the layers of the child's body, creating an initially two-dimensional ultrasound image. With modern high-resolution devices, the smallest structures can be differentiated in this way and enable a precise assessment of the child's organs and the detection of possible changes.
Chromosomal disorders such as Down's syndrome (trisomy 21) cannot be ruled out by an ultrasound scan alone, but risk assessments can be made.
Ultrasound examinations are carried out at very specific times during pregnancy:
12-14 WEEKS GESTATION: First trimester screeningMeasurement of nuchal translucency
20-22ND WEEK OF PREGNANCY: Precision diagnosticsOrgan screening
29-32ND WEEK OF PREGNANCY: Doppler examination/Growth ultrasound
